200000 tier 1 entrepreneur visa

Hi all , I am looking to switch from tier 2 to the tier 1 entrepreneurship visa and i kind of have the funds 200,000 but i want to confirm the documents to attach to my application as i am under the impression i dont need all the documents required under the psw to tier1 but correct me if i am wrong.

i need your expert advice and thanks in advance!

before you go any further I believe you already know, to switch in tier 1 with 200,000 funds you would have to apply from out side of UK.

Thanks for your comment, i was under that impression as well but the rules indicate...

"You can apply to switch to this visa if you meet the eligibility requirements and you’re already in the UK under one of the following categories"

...and tier 2 is among them..so i guess that covers it.

Hello,

I have also provided additional documents as well because I was switching from PSW with 50K investment.

But for 200K, these are the only documents.

Anyways I have got my visa yesterday.
