Absences from the UK- Letter from Employers Not Available

Dear All,

I need advice. I am applying for ILR this month. I have multiple employers. The employer i use to work in 2009 dose not have my record of annual leaves they can not confirm the dates but can give a generic letter confirming the numbers of the days i was i was entitled to . I was eligible for ILR in September 2013. Any guidance on this part.
