ILR 10 Years lawful long residence

Can someone kindly list the documents submitted plus a template of the submission letter Please.

I am applying under ILR 10 years Lawful Resident and I have all the passports with me.

You don't need a letter.

You need to fill form Set(LR) and submit the following :

Completed form
Passports covering the full 10 years
Biometric permit if you have one
LIUK test certificate
English Language B1 level requirement
Char (CR001 not Casa)
In life you cannot press the Backspace button!!
