Info for PP Surrender or OCI applications from Scotland

In my humble and personal opinion, either for Surrendering Indian Passport or for OCI/PIO, it will be really wise idea if you send by post to London, if you want it reasonably quick. (based on the timeline for the above from Edinburgh and personal experience).

Though they (London HCI) have recently introduced extra 2 weeks for delivery by post, still far far worth for send to London than at Edinburgh while considering hassle, waiting, response etc.,

Future applicants can consider this. However, after referendum don't know what will happen.....
