Lost surrender certificate-help needed

I have lost my daughters Indian Passport surrender certificate.

We applied for British citizenship for our daughter when we received our ILR and got her surrender certificate.Her first journey to India after receiving the British passport was done on tourist visa.We are now planning to apply for OCI for the whole family, but looks like we have misplaced her surrender certificate.

Could somebody kindly let me know the procedure to receive a copy of her certificate so that we can apply for her OCI card.
