investment migration

i read that in the uk you can bring in 200 000 pounds and get a residency permit. they call it investment migration or something. can you basically buy a house for 200k and call it investment migration and get a residency permit?

You need to bring in at least 1Million pounds, and intend to invest not less than £750,000 in active and trading UK-registered companies or UK government bonds.

And I think it has to be liquid funds, not a mortgaged house.
