hearing date is appriaching-want to change my solicitor

Hi everyone
My hearing date is approaching it 21st of july but m not satisfied the way my solicitor is working. Mine n my team member's application was refused on basis of " not been genune" n mostly based on our responses during interview.
My solicitor requested interview notes n just saying he cant prepare till he recives notes. I asked him what if u dont he said then he ll try to adjournment the appeal which is not acceptable option to me though its good option for me giving me enough time to complete my 10 years but my bussiness is trading i got funds 50 k in our joint acct in UK.

In short if anybody knows competent solicitor then i would b obliged if u can inbox me details plz.
