PCN after submission - Urgent Help pls

Post by DukeofAlaska » Thu Apr 10, 2014 10:00 am

I submitted my Naturalization application on the 25th of march and I have already received my acknowledgement letter and the payment has been deducted. But I just received PCN for parking on loading bay ( the offense was committed after submission). I have never received one before.

The question now is - should I inform Home Office about this or not?

Could this affect my application or not?

And please could any body with similar case share with the forum

Thanks

Hi Duke

don't worry about PCN. you don't have to inform them as long as it doesnt go through court.
just pay the outstanding and wait for the outcome of your application.

"Penalty Charge Notice" is not a traffic offence. And as the poster above me said, if it goes through court then you have to inform them otherwise, pay the fine and do nothing, I am pretty sure that is the case.
