OCI checklist

Hi Guys

I need someone to confirm that below checklist is enough for POSTAL OCI APPLICATION to LONDON HCI.

Apologies, I am sure this is repeated and commonly asked question, but the more I read on this forum the more confused I get.

Only One set to below documents along with the postal order.

1. Orignal Print out of the Form A & B with ONE PHOTO PASTED.
2. Copy of Surrender certificate.
3. Copy of cancelled Indian Passport(s).
4. Copy of Certificate of Naturalisation.
5. Copy of British Passport.


Can someone please confirm
1. There is no need to send Any orignal document (other then form in orignal) ?
2. Only one set of copy is enough ?
3. No need to self attesh or anything ?
