My situation is that I was being made redundant in November 2013. My visa has been curtailed till 11th of May. I have found another employer and a COs has been assigned to me. I am filling application form for my PEO appointment. There are couple of questions which are confusing me.
L9. Is your current or last grant of leave in the same sub category as that for which you
are now applying?
Should I say yes, as I am applying with in the same SOc code?
L10. Are you still working for the same employer as you were at the time of your last grant
of leave?
What should be the answer. If i say yes, this is not right because I have stopped working for my old sponsor.
and If I say no to this, the policy guidance says that my application will be refused .
Can someone please guide me.
