Sorry I know people generally get pissed off by this question but the Search option on this board is not giving me desired results. I am looking for an up to date list of Document checklist for 2nd Tier 1 General Extension for myself and 2 dependents.
I am planning to submit the following. Please can you guys confirm if this is a exhaustive list? or provide me a link to an exhaustive list please. Will appreciate this.
1. Passports & BRP card (for Main + Dependents)
2. Application Form (Main Applicant)
3. Application form (Dependents)
4. Photographs ( 2 x each person)
5. Payslip for 12 months from April 2013 to March 2014 (My March 2014 Salary will be STAMPED by company on their Letterhead and not Original - is that fine?)
6. Year end P60 Form.
7. Current account statement for 12 months (Salary Credits)
8. Savings account statement for 3 months
9. PBS Calculator
10. Marriage Certificate
11. Child Birth Certificate
- Not providing any evidence for English Language and qualification as already provided during initial application.
- IS Covering Letter compulsory?
I also have few Questions if you can help :
1. Is A Letter from your employer compulsory or will Salary slip and bank statements showing proof of salary sufficient.
2. I left a permanent job in March 2014 and became a contractor. I am applying via PEO in May and going to be using April'2013 - March'2014 as the 12 month period. I do not plan to show any documents for my Limited company as I haven't received any payments yet so no salary/dividends from my Limited company yet. Will that be fine? Just so you know - I am way above the basic minimum requirement of 35K salary for my renewal.
Please advise.
