If she's been a PBS dep since 2010 and switched to FLR(M) before 6 April 2014, she can apply for SET(M) now by virtue of rule 287(a)(i)(d). B1 English and LIUK required.

A quick question regarding the same topic.
I someone has been granted ILR on LR, and his wife has been granted FLR(M) AFTER 4 April 2014 (and she was PBS dependent since june 2011), will she has to wait for 5 years on FLR before applying for SET?
thanks.

When did she apply for FLR(M). Before or after 6 April 2014?

She applied after 6 april.
On another note, will it be applying of the visa that would matter or the dates on the BRP?
thanks.

The date in which the applicant applied/posted the application.

so since she posted the application after 6 April 2014, does she mean she will have to wait for 5 years before applying for SET, even though she has been here on PBS dependent before April 2012, and the main applicant applied for ILR on LR?

Assuming your spouse was a PBS dep prior to FLR(M) and had been since before July 2012, then you have no problems re; adequate maintenance.
