refusal letter from upper tribunal dated 6 may 2014

I applied for tier 1 ent on 10 jan 2013 - PSW Route, got refusal in may 2013 , appeal to ft in feb 2014 and refused ,

I received a refusal letter from upper tribunal dated 6 may 2014 .

Please advise about the new application to apply from PSW ROUTE on selfemployed . whats the deadline for that from the letter dated.Because the letter only says refusal and no 'evidential flexibility 'applicable....

Is there is particular procedure or just fill the form , give the previous application reference...
Please advise asap...

u may be able to apply within 28days of receiving letter from ut, u might include one covering letter stating ur previous application and refusal and subsequently appeal and all stuff.
better prepared all of required docs as it cud be last chance for you.

I am in the exact same position. I got rejection letter for UTT appeal on 12th May. I am so confused about what my status is right now, can i make a new application, do i still have 3C leave ...

Why is there no guidance on this. Its like they want us to talk to up!

i would like to suggest you one clear point. no matter you appeal or not, your application refused from FTT or UT.
keep that in mind. if your visa has been expired and you applied after that expiring your visa. you will not get any right of appeal no matter your case in court or was in court or not.. they dont care about 28 working days.

Yeah it's a big risk. But it's my last shot. So here goes nothing!
