How Long Does It Take To Make A Passport in Pakistan?

Hi,

Just A quick question,

How long does it take now a days to make a Passport in pakistan and how much does it cost ?

My Wife needs to make her passport and would just like to know , as i have been thinking to get it made nearer towards the time we apply for her visa rather then get one made now and just hang on to it as i have been told they dont have long dates on them like our uk passports,

One of my friend have applied "URGENT" and got passport in 10 days! In Karachi. Dont know exectly how much Urgent passport fees is but i had been told long ques and very very extreemly busy passport office. Always ready to face worse!
