Receiving Document on somebody's behalf

Post by ChetanOjha » Thu Jun 21, 2007 8:10 pm

Hi Forum,

I am living in UK and my brother (living in India) is applying for HSMP as out country applicant.
He is sending his documents/application to me and I will forward the same to Home Office.I spoke to Home Office inquiry and they confirmed this can be done i.e. I can forward his document.

Is it possible that when Home Office reply with decision I can receive the document on behalf of my brother. Since I am living in UK it is convenient for me to receive documents/decision in UK and then send the same to my brother.

I am concerned about the provision of representative in the HSMP guidelines. I do not want to hire a representative for the same as its just forwarding and receiving the documents.

Can we do this...? Forum members can you please show some light on this..

Thanks
Chetan
