I applied on the 10th using the 2013 format,I don't think that should be a problem,the only difference is you have to confirm your email addy. So no problem in my own personal opinion.

Hello,
I think I have done the same. It's only when I submitted it and then found that HO have updated the AN form on the 9th of June.
It's only a minor change asking you to re-type you email address for validation purposes.
I called BRENT NCS ( I used them) and they told me that it'll be ok as they haven't heard anything from HO regarding the updated version of the AN form and that Oct 2013 is the right one.
I hope so as well.
