There are many job descriptions for commercial manager available on the Internet which you can use to do your advertising. Make sure you make the amendments that you need to suit your needs. Best thing to do is look on job search websites and see what their job criteria and skills needed. You can the adapt these.

• have the ability to organise and chair the Project Commercial Meetings;
• Provide leadership and management of Commercial Team on the Project;
• Integrate and manage cost and contract elements of the works;
• Develop, implement and manage relevant project commercial procedures;
• Develop, implement and manage relevant contract, claims management control and dispute resolution procedures;
• Regularly review and propose updates to the relevant sections of the Project Management Plan and related procedures;
• Provide commercial and contractual reports and advice to Client;
• Provide input into risk management process and define risk budgets;
