Post by NiceCareing » Sat Jun 21, 2014 5:21 am

Spouse visa Application

I am the Sponsor in UK. My wife is in Pakistan applying for spouse visa my Question is

1. As a sponsor do i have to Notorize all pages (including first 3 pages) of my passport or only pages which has stemps (including first 3 pages)?

2. How many minimum number of wedding photos i need to send ? is there any number minimum i should send?

3. Shall i send All emails between me and wife or only few as a sample?

Reply from senior member would be grately apperciated.

so does that mean we have to notorize all pages of just a pakistani passport or even a british passport also?

even if the page is empty?

Only British passport of sponsor needs to be certified, the applicants hands his original, therefore no need to certify it

I applied in May and my wife got her visa in June.

I only had my bio data page and a few travel stamped pages stamped by solicitor, not every single page.

I sent in 20 photographs showing wedding ceremony and aftermath of ceremony.

I sent a lot of communication evidence spanning the period that we were apart, its more about spanning the period of distance rather than the length of the email or communication. They dont necessary care what you are saying to each other, or for how long you talk but that you do communciate showing you have a subsisting relationship.

Hope this information helps.
27/5/14 - Applied in Islamabad
12/06/14 - Decision Delayed (Further Enquiries)
13/06/14 - Email & Call from VAC to collect Passport
16/06/14 - Visa Granted!
