New Application While JR in progress

UT has refused for the permission to appeal . I am thinking to go for JR.
my question is , if i apply for JR and while JR is in progress , can i make a new application
or if JR is rejected, can i still make a new application within 28 days rule

My visa was expired in OCT 2012 but i made all in time applications and appeals

Hello Balaal,

Count down begins from issue date of refusal letter from UT and If JR is rejected you can not make a new application.
