Visa Application query

I am applying for my wifes and childs visa. I am a UK resident and my wife is pakistani i was wondering what documentations i need to send

How many payslips? would i need....ive just recently got a job after a period of unemployment.........and was wondering if i needed to pay the fees twice one for the child and one for the wife..........i would be greatful for any advice.... and how long the process takes?
