Tier 1 dependent to ILR

Tier 1 dependent to ILR
Hello All

I have received my ILR under 10 year rule last year (oct 2013).
My wife is dependent to me under Tier 1 (general) since 2010. Her Tier 1 dependent Visa running out in Nov-14.
Can she apply for ILR now? If so which form we need to submit for her application
If she can’t apply for ILR, what visa she will need to apply for? And when exactly she can apply for her ILR. She has been in this country since Feb-2008.

Many Thanks for your assistance.

Jaki

Your neglect has put your spouse on a 5 (perhaps 4) year route to settlement I'm afraid.
