New Tire 2 dependent visa documents help Please

Dear Sirs

I am Aravind from India and my wife also from India

We both went to UK for education and got married in London on 2011 and staying in same address. . Now my wife got Tire 2 Visa from A rated Sponcer. I came back last week to India and would like to apply dependent visa on her. She just got her visa last week.
Please guide me what all documents I should arrange and what all documents she should send me . Please..

1. should she send passport front and back print notary from london.
2. bio metric card notary
3. job offer letter
4. bank statements of her for funds.( 3 months )
5 tenancy agreement.

1. i am having. original marriage certificate from London
2. marriage photos.
3. vaf 10 application.
4> My passport

Sir What is the dependent visa fee.. is it pounds 601 or 485 pounds please..

Payslips not available as she got job and visa last week only. we only have offer letter.

i will collect those documents and apply. are there any more documents i provide please guide me

Please help me in it.. i appreciate you all for your support. please

All the documents must be on UKBA website or VFS-UK website

You need to submit following docs for her

1. House Rental agreement in UK
2. 3/6 months ORIGINAL UK bank statement
3. 3 months UK salary slips - Attested by her HR (if payslips are online)
4. Her passport copy and visa page copy
5. You passport and photographs as per UKBA photo guidance
6. Demand draft (see VFS UK website for fees) or also carry cash.
7. Employment Verification letter from her employer. - Important
8. Any utility bill to prove that she is staying in UK property.
9. You need to get your TB test done from approved hospital as per UKBA list of hospitals- Dont ignore this. (See UKBA or VFS site for list of hospitals.

Is the house rental agreement a must or do people submit this document just to be safe??!
It's not in the list of documents required when you check the UKBA website!

Can anybody please respond to the question, whether rental agreement or council tax bills are mandatory, when applying for dependent visa. The guidance (see the links below) provided by the UKBA website does not mention anything about them.

I am going to get married next year around (feb-2015). Currently I am on Tier 2 general visa (Sponsored).

I am currently staying with my sister and brother in law (as a guest) and I am planning to stay with them until my marriage. After my marriage I will stay with them for few days and will find an accommodation for both of us.

I will be applying dependent visa for my wife in India. So I have few questions

1) Do I need to provide any council tax or rental document on my name? Since I dont pay any rent what document do I need to produce. I can probably add my name on council tax. will it be enough ?
2) Can I give my bro-in-law's and sister’s address for any correspondence? All my bank statements are on this address.
3) Please could you also suggest me the list of documents required for the visa?
