Can any body help me regarding preparation for appeal day,

I have an hearing in August end in Wales

I want to know

How the things going on

Atmosphere

Can they put questions out of what they objected .

Home office barrister behave.

Judge

Hi what's UR refusal reason /reasons. Court hearing will depend on how difficult or simple UR case is based on refusal reasons

My case is refused on breach of immigration history .

I was on old style work permit so they refused that i worked for other company according to HMRC report.

I did work according to my work permit rules at same profession and i also send signed evidence letter from director of that company in our bundle.

I am here in uk from last 8 yrs .

My daughter is underdevelopment and i have all the documents from NHS which we are also going to show on hearing date.

I want to know that what preparation i need to do .

If i lost is there any other chance.

Your case have TWO aspects. Breach of "Immigration Rules" & "Private & Family Life"

I would suggest do not rely on Forums. You require expert advice and services from a well-informed solicitor. Remember, some solicitors deliberately talk to with your case so that they can earn more money later on. So, just be aware of it.
