Hi All,
I registered my company 31/12/2012 before I applied for my visa which took over a year to be granted and during this waiting time I did not actually trade as I was waiting for my visa. However, to keep my business account running i occasionally transfer money from my saving account to my business account, would you call this transfer trading? Please I am in the process of filing my account with Company house and HMRC and my accountant has advise that since I did not trade I should file for a dormant company account, guys is this a wise advise or will it affect me during extension? please I need advise. xxx
