British Passport for the baby born in India

Hi Yeah,

Is there anyone out there who applied for british passport for baby from India?
I'm a British citizen through Naturalisation and my wife is on ILR and currently she is India.we had a new born baby .I just want to apply British Passport for the newborn baby all i need is some help regarding this countersignatory. I'm totally confused with this part.
My question is can any of our relative or friend can sign this part or do I need a British citizen to sign this form
