Hi all,
I would be grateful if anyone can help.

I lost my ILR documents which had my picture on it awhile back and reported it to the police.
Now am in a process of inviting someone and I have sent every paperwork including my traveling document which shows my photo and ref. number but the High commission is asking for a proof of my residency. can I just send a letter explaining my situation and give them my HO re number so they can look it up or is there another way? Thanks in advance.
