not supposed to work anywhere else apart from working for ur business. if caught, ur visa will be revoked and u will be deported back home. sincere advice will be to quit immediately.

A friend of mine worked as a PAYE contractor on Post Study Work visa. Then he switched to Tier 1 (E) and simply forgot to notify his employer about the switch. He finished the contract in a few months as requested with overlap of a few months. Now, he`s running his business as a director and doing pretty well as far as I`m concerned. He filed his tax return without any questions or issues. Probably he is just lucky...? Do Home Office really investigate these kinds of issues?

filing accounts to HMRC or the company house is not relevant to your visa conditions nor should there be any problems whilst filing if prepared by those who understand how, however a single minute working as somebody else PAYEE is a breach of visa conditions that can easily be identified by UKVI at the time of any extensions other implications include answering to questions like have you ever been in breach of your visa conditions or such other questions that may make an applicant who is already in breach of his visa conditions lie that he would, if hes caught he is accused of deception as well as found in breach of his visa conditions.

Hi

you can't work for anyone else, you can only work for the business u invested the money in or established. if they caught you then its a problem or you.

It is better to fulfill visa requirements and do business. Otherwise you can switch to tier 2.
Breaking the visa requirements not only create issues for you but also for many other genuine guys who are on this category and doing the business.

Yes, you can be caught. There have been posts in the past on here of people being caught doing other work.

In 2015 OP was enquiring about working elsewhere on a t1e visa. Now about a DL. As such I assume she ended up doing the right thing, give her a break.
