ILR and dependents

Salam and hi to everyone, I got my T1 last month and next month I hit 10 year. By then mine and my dependents visas will be just 3 months old. Since only I will apply for ILR on 10 years. I think there is not enough clarity as to when will my dependents be required by law to change their visas into ILR dependents from T1 dependents since there visas are still valid for almost 3 months . An expert opinion or personal experience will be highly appreciated. Thanks
