After the divorce depending of how long you have been married or if the EEA has been exercising treaty right during divorce period, you are supposed to apply for Retention of Right of Residence on form EEA2. For people to give you more help you will need to give more details of your situation with date.............
GOD BLESS!!!

Your question here seems confusing, if you are EEA national, you don't need any documents from you ex spouse to apply for PR, what you need is proof of exercising treaty rights for 5 years or proof that you are present in UK for that period.
Some contributors even said you don't need to apply for PR if you are EEA national, you can apply for citizenship directly, only if you satisfied the conditions above, but might take a bit longer to grant your application.

For contributors to help you, give the dates you get your RC and decree absolute.
