List of documents needed for FLR(M) visa

Hi guys I have to apply for my wife's visa extension through FLR(M) route. Can you please check list of documents needed for this. And please mention if I have left something.

1. My passport Original and copy + my partner's passport
2. pay slips
3. Bank statements
4. Original copy of the civil partnership certificate
5. 2 passport size photos of partner and one mine.
6. Marriage certificate
7. English language test certificate
8. Biometric Residence Permit
9.Correspondence to you and your partner (4 items in joint names and 2 items addressed to each partner at the address, in total 8 items)
10. Mortgage documents/Tenancy agreements/ council tax bill

Is it second extension? If it is and post July 2012, You'll need letter from employer to prove you meet the financial requirement.

We are applying for first time for FLR(M). What you think is there any other document missing in list?

As I stated above,you'll need a letter from your employer detailing:
Your type of employment
Your job commencement date
If it's full time,agency or part time.
Your annual income base on your income in the last 6 months.
You'll need to include evidence of your marriage as well,like wedding pictures.

My wife is applying for FLR(M). Does she need send my original passport and bio metric card for supporting documents ?
