Tier 2 dependent, evidence of relationship

Hi,

I am currently on Tier 2 General and my husband on Tier 2 dependent. I need to renew my Tier 2 visa by the end of Feb (i.e. he will need to renew his as well) however the supporting documents requires evidence of relationship. He only got a bank statement as an approval address. He also got a driving licence but it was issued last october with the current address and we cannot get a new driving license since we didn't change address. He is currently working and is not studying, so impossible to obtain a letter from university and he doesn't have a credit card. Will they accept the driving license with the current address (although not within this month)? or is there any other way to get around it?
