MN1 registertion query

I (main applicant), my wife and son got ILR together 14 month ago.
I am not applying at the moment, So I understand my wife & son apply together for BC without me. Am I right ?

My son was born outside UK, So which section he need to apply ?

I am confused with application from does I need to fill section 3 for him ?
