EC for Dependent from India

Post by ChetanOjha » Thu Aug 23, 2007 9:30 am

Hi,

My brother is applying for EC from Hyderabad. Can anybody please tell me:

"If he apply for his wife at the same time for EC, do he need to pay the same amount for her as well or it included in the main fees."

I applied for FLR in UK and in my case dependent visa was stamped in the same fees as of main applicant.

Would appreciate your prompt reply on the same.

Thanks

He needs to pay for each applicant i.e 17000x2=34000.

Plus ensure he is showing the relevant funds

For spouse we need to pay the required fees.

Is it needed to pay fees for the kid as well. (although we are making a fresh application for kid)??

Please clarify?
