minor dependent of british citizen

hi team,

We (Me and my wife and younger child) came to uk on WHM visa in 2003 and then on tier 1 general in 2009.
Both the time when we came to uk we did not mentioned about my elder child. Because elder child was living with my brother. We have no written agreement for adoption till now with my brother. But now my brother is not taking proper care. My child is now 15 years old. We want to get our child to uk now.
Can some one guide the best way to proceed.

You need VAF4A form with Appendix 1.
