Hi Kandasamy
If you are sending through post then the below are true.

1. My Daughter Indian passport
2. BRP Card
3. Tier1 dependant Approval letter from HO
4. Original full UK birth certificate
5. Parents’ marriage certificate
6. Completed MN1 form + photo
7. PAYMENT SLIP CREDIT/SWITCH sheet (with my card details and amount £669)
8. Copy of Parent's ILR

If you are applying through NCS then you just need to get these documents to your nearby council. I am also in the same boat ( i got ILR on 20th March 2015)as you and have planned for NCS in my local council next wednesday. My friends gave me a suggestion that applying through NCS is safe as the documents are with you even if you spend 70£ extra.

Try considering NCS if you want to. But your documents list is fine.

BTW is your daughter less than 2 years ? Did you get sign from GP ? My GP is refusing to sign the doc. Could you please clarify on this if you have used someone else?

Hi,

I am trying to submit my document through NCS. I am planning to do it by this Friday or at earliest by next Monday
My daughter is 2 years and 2 months now. I would like to know in application form where it has mentioned that we need to get a sign from the GP, are you talking about the reference section.

For 2 references, one I am getting it from Pharmacists and another reference from my friend you is working with me and he is holding British citizenship.
Pharmacists they will consider as professional reference.?

Thanks

Thanks Kandasamy....

Actually I have got ILR approved on 24th March and my son is 4 months old only. I havent recieved my BRP as of now so could you please let me know is BRP required or would the approval letter sufficient?

Is a letter from GP required?
can you please send me a template of that?

Do you have any idea How long does this process take place actually I have a planned travel to my home country in July so I want to get it done asap.

Thanks,
Susan

Hi Susan

I think you need to submit your BRP card, along with your son MN1 application. You may get your BRD card in 1 or 2 days. I got my BRP day in 2 days’ time
Getting a letter from GP is not required
One of my friend applied for MN1 application for her 5 months daughter and they not taken any letter from GP, they got reference from social worker and they MN1 application is successful, so I think that there is no need of getting the letter GP
For the timeline I am not sure how long it will take , because I am plan to apply by end of this week or next week.. I am struggling to get the reference.

Thanks!
