Hello everyone
My T1 (entrepreneur) ppeal is in upper tribunal, waiting for decision.
My question is,
1: can I apply T2 before the decision or wait for refusal and apply?
Can I apply after the decision if it's refused.
2: My documents are with home office including passport. The passport is expired. Will it be impacted on my application?
Your assistance will be greatly appreciated. Also, if there is any other requirement, please let me know.
