Hi! could anyone be able to guide me, as my FTT hearing is in June ;
In the beginning, My solicitor told me the process that HO would send us bundle/documents regarding reasons for refusals. On the basis of those refusals, my solicitor would ask me for the relevant documents and prepare a bundle AND SEND TO H.O. AS WELL AS THE COURT WELL BEFORE THE HEARING DATE, SO THAT THEY COULD BE ABLE TO STUDY IT. But now, the solicitor says we don't need to send them the bundle but the Barrister will take along this bundle on the day of hearing. Is this the procedure that you don't need to send H.O. a bundle consisting of the REPLIES OF THEIR REFUSAL POINTS with proof before the hearing date? Thanks
