EU4FAM while not legally staying

Can someone apply for EU4FAM while staying in Ireland illegally
if all the require documents are available.

Hi, I do not think that you can apply for a visa while being illegal in the country. First you need to regularise your situation and then apply for it!

Yes you can apply, but you'll have to apply through a solicitor.
If you'll apply by your own the DOJ will send you a notice why you should not be removed from the state n all...
