Hi there,

I beleive you have to produce your 12 months bank statements aswell. the salary shown on pay slips should match with figures on bankstatements.

Also you need to provide a valid reason of why you havent submitted your tax returns.

Along with the letter from your employer if you do the above I think you are pretty much covered. oh... also make sure ur PG course is recognised and equivalent to british degree thru NARIC.

Hope this helps,

Cheers,

Doe he really need to stipulate a reason why he has not submitted ITR.

The tax docs will anyway not cover the entire 12 month period, which means that he will have to go for the exceptional case for that reason, which is a better reason for not providing tax returns altogether.

Is it a good idea to give too may docs.

Hi Londondreams,

For past earning's point, I have submitted the copy of my ITR, payslips, bank statements, and letter from employer. My bank statements do not state company name as well, only have "HOUSE CHQ DEPOSIT" written. However, all figures from the documents I submitted corroborate with each other. And I have received my approval.

Hope this helps.
