SAR response details

Post by gainvidya » Tue Sep 25, 2007 11:54 am

Can people who has requested for Subject Access Request please update us about the response details? Basically is it a fix format detail or vary for different requests. Is it clear and easy to figure out if there is a gap between WP or FLR according to HO?

It is a bunch of printoutw of what they see on the computer about your application and it will say, in time application if it is. If its not, I dont know what it says. It will also detail what you submitted and what copies they made of your documentation and application.
I had a concern because they had my applicaiton for 6 months and I wanted to travel so I asked for the passport back which may be considered a withdrawal but it was considered exceptional circumstances.
Is that the info you are after?

It is hard to beleive they held your ILR application for 6 month and that too was address only on urgent request... pathetic.
