UK Tier 1 (Entrepreneur) visas

Hi I every One I Need some urgent advice please,
I have questioned regarding enterprniuer case I have interview soon, Current senerio in my case is it's Joint application with £50000 in Joint account. as everyone know after may 2015 whe must have to give authentic prove where money is comes from we submit memorandem of transfership of Owner ship of money with all legal documents and bank statments .Originally Money comes back home with Bank to bank tranferes, But It comes in £35000 from brother account to my personall account and rest of £15000 comes from my partner family account. Now the query I am sure case worker will ask me why both partners are not contributing 50% each. Money is still in bank, Any body been through to this problem any valuable suggesions please I try my best every where but couldn't find any satisfactory answer thanks in advanced.

i had interview this monday 24-08-15 they ask me following question.
1 what is your immigration status?
2 is your company registered? (mean company house)
3 what is your business address?
5 do you have insurance?
6 do you any membership with any trading body?
7 where you got the money?
8 have you applied alone or team member?
9 what is your relevant experience?
10 what is name of your accountant and why you chose that and what are the spellings of his name?
11 where do you advertise your business
12 what marketing tool do you use?
13 how many customer do you have?
14 what is the projected turnover and profit for fourth year and fifth year?
15 when you will employ people?
16 have you invested any amount and where?
17 what is large amount of investment?
18 when you got first contract?
19 when did you transfer the money into business account give exact date?
20 how many customer you get through marketing?
21 what are you regular monthly expenses?
22 what is you role in business?
23 what is your partner role?
24 what is your business and what kind of services it provide?
25 competitive advantages?
i think these are main question interviewer asked me...

@ Abbasi000, there is no requirement that both team member should contribute 50% each of the investment funds, its left to both of you to decide how you contribute the funds. The most important issue is that both of you should have equal access to the fund. The caseworker cannot refuse your application base on this point.

I also agree to this point as proportion of money should not be an issue as their could be other reasons for this e.g the partner with less capital may have more business skills etc or less share of partnership.

When did you apply for T1 visa?
What location have you used to submit the application?
Since you have been interviewed on 24 August, have you received any reply from UKVI or still awaiting?

its ver urgent, plz reply me .I hav just come to know that we can not show the own money for Tier1 enterprenaur visa. we need funds from UK entrepreneurial seed funding competition endorsed by UKTI ora UK government department making funds available for the purpose of setting up or expanding a UK business. I am a student and finshing my study this month. i ahve got access to £50,000 my own money. i saw in above posts that peopl are still apply through showing own money into their accounts.

PLease do le me know what is exact procedure. can i use my own money?

Can any one guide please
I applied tier 1 entrepreneur in January 2014 but received BRP in 2015 due to late processing.
for job creation and employee, Will new policy will implement for my business or old one?
Can I hire one employee for 24 months or each for 12 months etc?

Hi kashif did u received any good news u gone thru interview

You can apply 50k route only if you can show your business was established before 11th july 2014. There are separate criteria for this route.

Or you have to get fund through UKTI

I dont think he can apply with 50K as he hasmentioned that he is on student visa. He has to go back and apply with 200 K funding.
