Thanks for advice but l was unable to register my 15 years old son, but her sister was registered please can you advice me how to fill the PR form for him, Can he be the main applicant and me as his sponsor because l have already got my own PR since 2013, the boy is in UK since 13years and l have all his school records.

Has he got RC in the past? and what was the reason why he couldn't be register, is it because he was't born in the UK?

He doesn’t have RC but he was included in my application in 2007, he was not registered because he was born outside UK, and because am not registering for myself yet.

Was his sister born in the UK? Is your spouse an EEA citizen?

I think the OP kids one was born in UK , and got registered.
The second one wasn't born in UK and also OP is divorced now according to him.

The HO just take the chance of that boy not having RC in the past and just decided not to registered him after 6yrs. But he was part of the family since 2007.
