Tier 1 Gen dept maint funds?which account funds should be ?

Hi,
I have an ILR now and was on Tier 1 Gen and wife came here as a dep of Tier 1 Gen on 30 Aug 2013. Her visa is valid until Nov 2015. I know we will fill pbs dept form, however I have kept maintenance funds in my account. Can I use my statements to cover her maintenance ?

Though she has enough funds in her SAVING account. Can she use saving account statements to cover her maintenance requirement ?
