Help needed please

Dear All

I won my appeal in Sep 14 after that no reply , my solicitor wrote complaint letter in June 2015 and Home office replied that The applicants who sat in ETS exams are taking time and applicant can chase up after 30 days. I used my TOIEC which is genuine so I don't worry.

Basic my query is

My passport is going to expire in December 2015 and my 5 yr old Daughter passport expire in January 2016. What can I do .

Secondly

I am going to complete 10 yrs long residency in July 2016 shall I chase home office or wait.

Urgent response would be appreciated

H just wait for the homeoffice descion. And dont need to be wory about passport expiry. My passpor expired in jan 2015 but i renew my passport a couple of days ago. So dont wory. U will get visa inshallah
