hi need a solicitor for my friend whose ILR been revoked because of toeic looking for solicitor who had win toeic case
if you know anyone please PM me name adderess of solicitor that would really help
his son got his bitish passport wife got her spouse visa when he apply for his BC they send toeic latter says his ILR revoked

he has children they are born here and they got there British passport.

When ILR was refused, did they issue 30 leave?

He has to go for JR or he can go for reconsideration and he living more than 12 year in this country
and how many chances in JR he will get back his states.

he apply for neutralisation, his ILR granted in may 2014

Hi Guys a friend of mine ad got same problem
Received HO letter that they revoked his ILR, reason he used English certificate (Toiec) for one of his student application in 2012 and uesed same certificate for ILR application got letter from HO we have doubts about it provide new certificate he did so they Capet his application pending for about 1 year eventually granted ILR nearly 2 years later he applied for BC about 4 months back yesterday got revoke notification any soliciter number who has done same type of case any information and help will be much appreciated

just an update about my friend case--
his matter gone to high court as first trial refused his case also they ask for go sign each month
what is they best possible advice his got solicitor but she seems not good but she had past toeic win case also she sad she can win the case

I applied for Bc in 2014, yesterday, I have been called to Liverpool for an interview about toiec,the interview did not went well,any suggestions ? What should I do now?any suggestions?i do not know what is going to happen>.< are they going after my ILR?

Same thing is happened to me. Do you know any solicitor who is good at with TOEIC Cases ...

they refused my BC application ,but they did not mention about my ILR>.<
