Spouse visa renewal please help

Hi my spouse visa is up for renewal soon (5 year route)
So I'll be applying for flr(m) 2.5 year renewal but only problem
Is my English test I did has expired so my question is do I still need to submit a valid English test for spouses visa renewal

Preferably to Level B1 as you can use that for ILR stage in a further 2.5 yrs time
