SET [O] Section 6 - Immigration history

Post by poojabhatt » Mon Jan 04, 2016 12:31 pm

Dear Moderators/gurus,

Page 22 of the SET [O]:

Section 6 - Immigration history

6.1 When did you (the main applicant) first enter the UK? This refers to the date of your first entry into the UK at the beginning of the period of stay on which this application is based.

I have been in the UK since 2005 as a student but was granted Tier 1 General in 2011.My question is, should I put the date when I first entered the UK as a student in 2005 OR should I enter the date when I re-entered the UK on PSW in 2009 ?

Thanks in advance.

Under which category are you applying?

The underlined text in your post is what you should go by.

Hi,

This is referring to the date you were granted T1 (G), doesn't matter of you were in or out of UK at that time.
