Info required re CoS and Salary

Is this process correct for apply Tier 2 General visa as Main Applicant from outside UK

My Current Visa - Tier 2 PBS Dependent
My Citizenship - Indian
Living in UK from Feb, 2013
Working in UK from Apr, 2013 - till today
Employer - A rated Sponser
My Salary - £30,500 w/o bonus and pension (which I don't claim)
My Overall Salary - £35,075

LMT - Done for 28 days on 2 job portals for a job with Salary bracket of £35,000 to £45,000

Now, my employers has applied for restricted CoS under Job Code - 2136 (which has minimum salary threshold for a experienced worker of £31,100), with a salary of £35,000. [This they filled in the salary box in CoS application]
---- Questions -----
Will the CoS which will arrive will have salary mentioned as £35,000 ?
Could I apply with if they increase my salary to £31,100?
Do I have to have exact basic salary of £35,000 as mentioned in CoS Application?

Please answer these urgently -----

Yes. Your salary on COS should be the same as what's on you job contract, at the time of applying.
