We submitted application at Karachi on 11/9 and got a refusal 26/10 as my husband's divorce papers were not accepted by the ECO. But........ got a call today to say that the case has been looked at again and the visa will be issued!!!
Had to share our joy with all of you.
We had submitted a very thorough case and did use an Emigration specialist to assist with this. Also, lead time was forecast at 12 weeks and we have succeeded in just over 6 weeks.
Hope this raises the spirits of all in a similar situation.
