how yo use the new Visa4UK website. confused

i am trying to sort holiday visas for my inlaws to come over. i have been onto the new website and registered as my father in law. it then said are you applying on someone elses behalf or yourself. My question is, do set both of them (father in law, mother in law )and my sister in law up with their own accounts then apply as them or do i set my own account up and can then make multiple application under my account?

I have registered as myself, and i think if they are applying for themselves then they need to create there own account and choose yourself. But if you are aplying for them, then your accoutn is fien and you choose on someone elses behalf. This is what i will be doing...Be nice to get some clarifcation from other members.
